My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The Privilege class room I stayed in was spacious and in perfect condition, but unfortunately, it was located above the kitchen's exit where staff gathered to smoke from early morning until late evening. The cleanliness of the room, especially the curtain, left much to be desired. The hotel's service was friendly but fell short when it came to finding alternatives for dinner. The location was convenient, close to the airport and shopping markets, although the nearby restaurant being closed was a downside. The dining experience had its flaws with staff seeming unmotivated, but the food itself was delicious. Overall, the facilities offered were satisfactory.
