The room was quite spacious and clean. The location is very convenient because it is close to the metro station (easy access to the city). I found a supermarket and a bakery nearby, helpful. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk.
I noticed only one elevator was working, which led to longer wait times.

Staff members at both check-in and the restaurant were really kind and available. The front-end desk was very friendly, and all the staff provided excellent service (i appreciate it).

The breakfast was a bit underwhelming. some items were not fresh. the scrambled eggs seemed watery, and the selection was limited. also, the room lacked soundproofing. I could hear conversations in the hallway, it was rather annoying.
